Tech Me Thursday: Sili's Surface

Disclosure: I am a Microsoft Office 365 ambassador. I was provided with a Surface 3 Pro. I'm writing about it because I think you need to know about this awesome. All opinions are purely my own. I've told you before about how much I love my Surface. But now, I need to talk to you specifically about the Surface 3. Why, you ask? Because it's beautiful.

Seriously, I considered tagging this post under fashion and beauty.

The difference in thickness is visible. It's also lighter (only 1.7 pounds). I think the combination of the two makes the 3 sleeker than its predecessor. And I'm not complaining about the 2 more inches of screen that I get with the 3. Though again, I found it very easy to work on the Surface 2.

The multi-position kickstand is also pretty sweet. It's actually one of those things that I didn't realize I needed til I got it. It's also more stable on my lap when I am lap desk-less. All wins.

I will be honest, I have not played around with the new Surface Pen. Mainly because I have work to do and I think if I start playing with it I might hand write the great American novel in OneNote since it can take my handwriting and turn it into text. I'm going to let that sit with you for a minute.

All in all, I think that if you are looking for a sleek machine that will meet your needs, this is it. You can run all the apps/programs that you need and then still have the tablet feel when you're out and about. At home, this is my third screen at my desk and I can't tell the difference between this and the zenMami.

I'm extremely happy with my Surface Pro 3. I think I'll call her Sunny.
