3 Last Minute Handmade Gift Ideas

3_last_minute_gift.jpg

Are you done shopping?  I am! I did all my shopping online and all of it this week. Yes, I had an Excel spreadsheet for it (thank Gawd!). No, I didn't spend an arm and a leg or buy lots of stuff. Christmas at home has always meant family and now more than ever. During my shopping spree I found a few things I wanted to tell you about. And to let you know that you can still get some pretty awesome stuff! Handmade stuff!

I just got a couple of pieces from A. Marie Knits. I love knitted gifts. I love making them but y'all know how my schedule has been these last 12 9 6 3 months. Though knitting is relaxing and I get great joy from it, I don't do it often enough. I still think knitted gifts are some of the best handmade gifts to give. My girl asked me for a scarf and I am sadly still working on it. What I don't have to work on is...yeah, um, I'm not tellin' because the people I got gifts for might be reading this! Go look for yourself at some of the awesome pieces my friend Janice has in her Etsy store. I emailed her to find out if I would get my items in on time and I'm going to. Be sure to check shipping and availability with her on her Etsy store site.

A few months back I got a gift card from Lisa Leonard Designs. Lisa has some unique pieces for sale. If you don't know what to get, you can get a gift card. It is still something handmade, right?

If you have someone on your list that likes good smelling products that are great for your skin then, I can recommend KisKin Spa Essentials. If you order by 5 p.m. on Friday, Michelle will ship for arrival by Christmas AND if you are an Orlando local, you can order by Monday! Pretty good eh? If you don't order in time you can get a gift certificate that can arrive via email. See, I got you covered!

Disclosure: I was not compensated for this post or given discounts on any items I've purchased. Just wanted you guys to know about these 3 vendors that have rocked my socks recently.
